Engaging design comes from understanding you and your perception of what makes your venture unique. This understanding builds the foundation for a unique, creative website experience for your visitors.

Every website I design is an original that is coded with validated, standards-compliant XHTML and CSS that will display properly in any modern browser.  I enjoy creating new static sites as well as custom interfaces for Content Management Systems (CMS).  This site, for example, is a custom design with a WordPress back-end.

• Standard hourly editing rate: $35 per hour billed in 30 minute increments
  (lower rates are available with my Managed Hosting plans)
• I charge a $275 design layout fee for all new projects (except for packages below)

the fine print:
• A Work Agreement and deposit of 50% of your estimate are required before I start any project. Deposits are non-refundable after I start working on your project. You will have access to previews and progress throughout the design process. You must provide all content for your site before I can start work. Your balance must be paid in full before I deliver or upload your new site.
• WordPress installation requires your host to include PHP 5+ and mySQL 5+ as part of your account.
• Major version updates to the core of an open-source CMS (such as WordPress) can cause themes to no longer work properly.  I do not warrant that my WP themes will work on any versions of WordPress for which it was not built.  I am in no way responsible for any part of a CMS or theme that I do not host.
• A complete website redesign is not an hourly editing task, it is a new website.
• If you host your site elsewhere, I will keep a copy of the original website I developed for 60 days.
• I will not design or edit sites that contain, promote, or link to hatred or racism, anti-American sentiment, pornography, violations of any US law, multi-level marketing schemes, or copyrighted material without written consent from the current copyright holder.
• I will not edit server-side code that I did not write and do not host (including .php .asp .aspx .jsp .cfm).
